"In early 2006, God revealed His vision for my life. And He gave it a name: Speak Life Ministries. It is taken from Proverbs 18:21a, 'Death and life are in the power of the tongue.' We have the power, with our words, to encourage and uplift, or to tear down and destroy. I choose to speak life in my messages, whether spoken, written, or sung.
That is also the reason for the design He gave me: a figure of a person speaking, with a dove taking wing. It symbolizes a message of peace and hope coming from the speaker.
Speak Life Ministries is the banner under which I strive to speak the Word of Life as a minister, write books of hope and encouragement as an author, and sing songs that uplift the spirit as a songstress.

In October 2006 God birthed a further vision for Speak Life Ministries in Abby, leading her to found Speak Life Women's Ministries: a growing online community of Christian women who share God's word, do active Bible study, intercede for one another, and share testimonies of victory in their daily walks.
The latest addition to the Speak Life family is Speak Life Live, Abby's Internet talk radio show, which, started October 2007, and runs on Saturdays, 9:30-10 AM, CST. Tune in for honest, godly talk about real life issues, infused with hope. |
